Durable terrace coating with Triflex BFS
Triflex offers the Triflex BFS system for coating terraces and balconies that are subjected to high mechanical loads. The Triflex ProFloor wearing layer helps to maintain the building structure above unoccupied rooms on a lasting basis. The vapour-permeable coating system can be applied to almost all substrates. Its low mass per unit area makes it suitable for balcony refurbishments – without adversely affecting stability. This saves time and the expense of removing existing coatings.
The version Triflex BFS S1 is a flame-retardant enhancement of the tried-and-tested Triflex BFS coating system. Special additives make this mechanically and chemically highly stable system flame-retardant, which means that it is ideal for walkways and escape routes. The unique Triflex BFS S1 system is designed exclusively for use on mineral substrates.

Flame-resistant: the Triflex BFS S1 version is a flame retardant coating system. The product’s fire behaviour is graded in Class B1 (flame-retardant) according to DIN 4102, and Class Bfl-s1 according to DIN EN 13501-1.
Short closure periods: Balconies and walkways are ready for use again just 2 hours after completion of the final working step
Colours and surfaces: surfaces can be creatively designed and finished in a range of colours using Triflex Chips Design, Triflex Colour Design and Triflex Creative Design.
